ABOUT BEN TITLEY - GREAT BRITAIN HEAD SWIMMING COACH

Ben TitleyBen has been one of the most successful international swimming coaches in world swimming since the turn of the century. The athletes he has coached and currently coaches have won in excess of 100 international medals at the Olympic, World, World University, European and Commonwealth levels, breaking in the process over 300 National Records. Ben's athletes currently hold multiple World and European Records, for both men and women and has coached athletes to hold Senior British Long Course Records in Olympic Events in Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle and Individual Medley, and in events ranging all the way from 50m to 400m events. 

On a representative level, he has been on the Senior British Staff for the last 2 Olympic Games (2004 & 2008, with 2008 as Head Coach), 6 World LC Championships (2005 & 2007 as Head Women's Coach), 3 World SC Championships, 4 Commonwealth Games, 5 European SC Championships, 3 European LC Championships and 4 World University Games (all as Head Coach).

His innovative style and creative way of coaching has led him to speak to international swimming federations all over the world, including on 2 separate occasions at the World Swimming Coaching Association Gold Medal Clinic.
